About Us
Dr. Maria L. Pinzon is originally from Bogota, Colombia. She received her dental degree from Universidad Javeriana in 1981 and her Masters in Orthodontics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1985. She moved to Ann Arbor in 1998 when she became and Adjunct Professor in the Graduate Orthodontic Department at the University of Michigan. She is also an instructor at the Charles Tweed Foundation for Orthodontic Research and a member of various state and national orthodontic associations. She resides in Ann Arbor with her husband Philip Warren, also and orthodontist, and her two sons, Ricky and Paulo. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, playing golf, cooking, and entertaining friends.
Dr. Josephine Weeden obtained her Bachelor in Sociology in 1989, her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1996, and her Masters in Orthodontics in 1999, all from the University of Michigan. Dr. Weeden currently teaches at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in the undergraduate orthodontic department. She is also involved in many professional oriented activities and is currently a board member and editor for the Michigan Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Weeden is married to Andrew and has four children, Elizabeth, Nathan, Katherine, and Victoria. She enjoys rollerblading, soccer, and reading.
